RE: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position
Dear Heather,
Your willingness to take time out of your busy day on October 9, 2013 to contact me is greatly appreciated.
I was traveling at the time you called and I neglected to let you know that I do have experience working as an aide in high school. Duties included answering phones, tutoring other students, copying, filing and answering questions when people when she wasn't in the room.
I also took six months of Microsoft Office including emails, business letters, spreadsheets, graphs, keyboarding, data entry, etc.
I really did enjoy speaking with you about this position being interested in caring for animals and working with people.
I would come to your team with enthusiasm and dedication. I have no plans to further my education except on-line classes for my generals when I am not working.
Again, I appreciate your time and consideration for calling me.
I will call you on Friday to see if you received my letter explaining my office experience.
Thank you and you have a nice day,
John
