As a Culinary Assistant for the past three years at Baltimore International College, I assisted Mr. Rebecca Adams in preparation of ingredients, kitchens, and curriculum models for courses; as well as conducted ancillary student lab courses with appropriate cooking and baking projects. My goal is to one day teach my own Culinary course in the specialty of desserts; and this is one of the reasons that I reach out to you for this position, as your school is known for the best in dessert curriculum. I have recently finished my degree in Culinary Arts with a specialty in dessert; and would like to bring this expertise, professional training, and experience to your classroom as your Culinary Teaching Assistant. I am hardworking, knowledgeable about industry tools and equipment, and will help you greatly.
