My experience runs the full spectrum of media sales from entry level rising to executive management as an owner participant.
Along the way I learned to build and run sales organizations, develop strategic sales plans, annual & quarterly sales forecasts and report results to the CEO and the board of directors.
I cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships and long-term sales relationships at the corporate headquarters and agency levels resulting in multimillion dollar contracts with some of the largest "blue chip" national brands.
I posses strong marketing skills in having developed, marketing and sales material, measurement, research, case studies, retaining PR firms and leveraging the press for maximum exposure.
I bring tangible skills in orchestrating and conducting "all hands" quarterly sales training and reviews. Training, mentoring and coaching sales teams is a special skill that I take pride in.
I have made it a practice to be engaged and donate time with my industry community, major advertisers and ad agencies. I also volunteer time with the advertising departments of UCLA and Pepperdine University to assist with job placement in ad agencies.
