Food Safety Specialist Skill/Duties
A Food Safety Specialist carries out food safety inspections of the client’s facility. He may also provide technical assistance to the employees and management at the facility, regarding the satisfactoriness of the food safety agenda, operational methods pest control, cleaning practices, personnel practices, and maintenance for food safety.
He will communicate verbally to the management about the existing food safety at the facility; and will also prepare a printed report, summarizing all his observations, and suggest remedial actions as well.
