The logistic officer is instrumental in identifying and evaluating procedures and processes, and determining the best procurement options for maintaining operations.   • Investigate and identify logistic training needs to achieve higher performance standards.
  • Coordinate logistics that manage funding and procurement.
  • Design and execute logistics that support methodologies, polices, and processes to the betterment of all operations.
  • Create reports on personnel and material movements, and operational logistics problems.

  • Organize and manage transportation of goods.
  • Identify, research, and address barriers that interfere with optimal operational efficiency in procurement.
  • Development of scheduling for downsizing and liquidation.
  • Monitor use of materials and goods to manage losses, fraud, and waste.
  • Quality record keeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, procurement, logistics or related industry study.
