Your job title should be generic enough that it is searchable by the search engine. Instead of using a fancy phrasing for your job title, use one that is broader. Well, a janitor is not an engineer and this can be missed by most search engines that are looking for the keyword janitor. Leave the fancy wording and phrasing for impressing dates, they only confuse potential employers.

You really need to have your resume in .txt format. This is a basic text document that does not have any formatting. Many companies want you to upload your resume rather than filling out an online application. These documents are used for the searches so the verbiage should be the same as your formatted resume just without all the fancy graphics and fonts.
