One of the many benefits of working in construction is that there’s plenty of room to rise in the ranks. If you’re looking to obtain an entry-level management position, the best place to start is by writing a resume.
A construction management resume should display all of the skills you have in the area and also demonstrate that you’re capable of taking on a leadership role. Emphasize past responsibilities that entailed elements of management on your part and include any training you’ve undertaken to update your skills along the way. If you’ve worked in managerial roles outside of the construction industry, you should include these as they show you have transferable skills.
